Whew, finally, this picture is done! I absolutely love the way it came out This is a piece of Gargoyles fanart that I've been working on for a bit.

I was reading one of the new Gargoyles comics and saw that Elisa Maza had dressed up as Princess Jasmine for Halloween. In the TV series, on another Halloween night, Elisa had dressed up as Belle and Goliath was the Beast (although he didn't wear a costume, I liked that concept a lot because it says a lot about his character) Anywho! I started wondering what princess my Gargoyles OC Kiya would dress up as. Then I remembered the movie Atlantis and how the main chick had white hair, too. At this time, I had never seen the movie Atlantis so I got it from my stepdad's collection, popped it in and I actually liked it It was funny, the music was pretty and the characters were cool!

In my story, Kiya and Lexington become best friends and here, they are cosplaying the main characters from Disney's Atlantis, Kiya as Princess Kidagakash (or Kida for short ) and Lex as Milo Thatch! Milo was such an adorable geek in the movie and I think Lex cosplaying as him is perfect because he, too, is a nerdy guy I like Kiya cosplaying as Kida, too; she's got the white hair, the azure eyes and also comes from an ancient civilization If you were to take these two and make them human, they'd look more or less like Kida and Milo!

I downloaded the Atlantean font to spell out the names "Kiya" and "Lex", too Though she's wearing a costume, this is actually my first full body shot image of Kiya and my very first time drawing Lexington; I'm quite satisfied with the results Also, for the crystal and Atlantean text, I used 's tutorial on glowing effects (very handy and easy to follow )! I highly recommend you guys try it out for yourselves
